ewokstomo

Data processing workflows for tomography built on top of Ewoks.

The ewokstomo package is a collection of tasks and workflows that ESRF beamlines use to turn tomography acquisition files into NXtomo files, reconstruct single slices, produce gallery images suitable for scientific analysis. The project is developed and maintained by the Software Group of the European Synchrotron.

Ewokstomo is mostly non specific to the ESRF and can be used at other facilities as well. The tasks that are specific to ESRF are labeled as such in the documentation. The core of ewokstomo relies on Nabu, a tomography reconstruction library developed to provide fast tomography reconstruction.
